Application for 10 Week Bootcamp

The 10 Week Bootcamp is a group training program, where we dive deep into the content of the mental fitness framework, sharing and learning with each other along the way.

There are limited places in each Bootcamp, so we are looking for participants who are motivated towards personal growth, and want to be part of the group for the right reasons. To be considered for a place, please complete the following application questions and we will be in touch with you within 48 hours to either confirm your place, or to suggest the next best steps in your mental fitness development.

First,  please confirm that you understand the Mental Fitness Bootcamp is a group learning space, and not a group therapy program. You agree that if needed, you will seek support and/or therapy alongside your participation in the Bootcamp.
