These free 45-minute webinars are open to everyone, and will cover:

  • what is mental fitness, and how is it different to mental health?
  • what are the strategies that build mental fitness, decrease stress and improve our resilience in the face of life's challenges?
  • is it something we can do on our own, or do we need others?

Participants who attend will have the opportunity to ask questions and shape the direction of the conversation, and also receive special offers for Smith and Wellness' Term 2 programs. Registrants who can't make it on the day will receive the recording later.

A free way to connect, learn, grow

It will only cost you 45 minutes of your time (and I guess the cost of your internet connection, and electricity for your device...?)

FAQs

Where can I find the Zoom link?

When you hit the "Register now" button, enter your name and email address and the Zoom link for the webinar will be sent to you. You'll also get a reminder email one hour before the webinar starts.

 

Will you send us a calendar invite?

No - our automatic email system doesn't sync very well with our calendar! Please create your own diary entry for the webinar time you've selected (allowing for time zone conversion from ACST - South Australia time).

 

If this is free, what are you getting out of it and is there a catch?

These webinars are a great opportunity for introducing people to mental fitness concepts, having enjoyable conversations with people I value, and much of my paid work comes from personal referrals and word-of-mouth so it's also good business practice for me. No catch! Registrants who attend rather than watch the recording later will receive special offers for our coaching programs, but there will be no hard selling.

 

I can join but I'll be in transit to school drop-off / to work / in the middle of getting dressed... do I have to have my camera on?

All good - feel free to join us even if you're on the go, have poor lighting, or haven't done your hair! As long as you have Zoom downloaded on your device, jump in and contribute as much or as little as you like, camera or not.

 

These days / times don't suit me - do you have plans to run other sessions like this?

These sessions will be recorded, so feel free to register anyway as you'll receive the video later. We will also run more webinars in July 2022.
