Virtual Gym

 

The Virtual Gym is like a Facebook group, but with greater privacy! It is a moderated discussion forum where you can chat with other mental fitness champions to share your challenges and your tips from exploring the Mental Fitness Training Program.

For a low monthly fee, all Virtual Gym members receive bonus mental fitness exercises not included in the Program, designed by the Smith and Wellness team to keep your learning and fitness practice fresh.

Mental Fitness Bootcamp

 

Our Bootcamp is a 10-week coaching program designed to offer you extra support as you navigate the Mental Fitness Training Program.

Whether you have already completed the free Training Program or haven't yet started, you can join one of our Bootcamp groups which are limited to small numbers, ensuring you get the support you want and need.

Our Mental Fitness Trainers are all qualified coaches and / or counselors, so along with your group of dedicated peers you'll have an awesome team of champions cheering you towards mental fitness success.

The Bootcamp involves weekly group coaching sessions which run online for 60-90 minutes via Zoom, with tailored mental fitness exercises set for you in between. Normally $880, places in the Bootcamp have been heavily reduced during Covid-19. Apply below to be considered for an upcoming group at a special rate.
